The safety of our guests, family and animals is our top priority. As an agricultural experience, our business is operational every day of the year. Our animals still need daily exercise, interaction, training and of course, food.

We are fortunate our animal experience is completely outdoors, which the CDC notes is less risky than indoor activities. In an effort to keep all our animals, guests & family safe, our safety protocol is listed below:

1. We have soap and hand sanitizer which we use throughout the experience (this is REQUIRED if you want to hold / feed the animals).

2. The Nature Therapy experiences are private, your family only or small group only.

3. There is a MAXIMUM of 6 kids and/or 9 total people for each appointment. Larger parties need to schedule in 2 or more separate appointments.

4. During our visit meeting, feeding, holding and riding the animals, you will be in close proximity to me, the host, and possibly my teenage children assisting, and this cannot be avoided.

5. You are welcome to bring your own masks and gloves to wear. The Cheyne Ranch owners will wear a mask / gloves at our discretion.
