Arizona Staff Training Event!!
Cheyne Ranch is making a very significant investment in our staff this November. Four of us, Sally, Anna, Katie and Erin, will spend 6 days in Arizona devoted to learning and team development.
The heart of the trip is a four-day Intensive Adaptive Horsemanship and Riding Instructor Development Clinic, co-led by Sally’s longtime business coach and mentor, Saebra Pipoly, owner of Hoof Falls & Footfalls.
We will also visit Equine Connections, LLC, an adaptive riding program owned by Sally’s sister, and participate in a team-building trail ride. Between tuition, airfare, lodging, transportation, and a full week away, this is an expensive undertaking for a small nonprofit. We believe it is worth doing because strong programs require knowledgeable, connected staff, and our students and horses deserve that investment.
2026 Night Market!
Our 4th year participating in this amazing community event! Cheyne Ranch loves the nonprofit, The Abilities Workshop and it hosts an annual night market where people of all abilities sell things! Do some Christmas Shopping! See BEAUTIFUL Christmas Lights! Come say hello to us!!
